Hello Smoothie Lovers! I drink smoothies often for many many reasons, including when I need energy to workout, when I'm feeling sick, when I'm hung over or even to have a nice refreshing drink on a nice hot summer's day! Today I'm going to tell you my favourite 15 smoothies that I always drink & the benefits of the smoothie is any! Lets get started!
1 - Strawberry Banana Smoothie
This smoothie is my number 1 for a reason! This is my absolute favourite smoothie of all time & definitely my go to!
You'll Need:
2 Cups of Frozen Strawberries
1 Fresh Banana Peeled
1 Cup of Milk ( You can use Almond Milk or No milk, personally I prefer no milk)
1 Cup of Ice
1 Tablespoon of Honey
2 - Banana Ginger Smoothie
Soothe Digestion, Heartburn, Nausea & other stomach troubles
1 Sliced \Banana
3/4 Cups (6 ounces) of Vanilla Yogurt
1 Tablespoon of Honey
1/2 Teaspoon of Freshly Grated Ginger
3 - Very Berry Breakfast
Start your day off with a delicious fruit packed smoothie giving you your daily fruit servings & tons of energy for your day!
1 Cup of Frozen Unsweetened Raspberries
3/4 Cup of Chilled Unsweetened Almond or Rice Milk
1/4 Cup of Frozen pitted unsweetened Cherries or Raspberries
1 1/2 Tablespoon of Honey
2 Tablespoons of Finely Grated Fresh Ginger
1 Teaspoon of Ground Flax seed
2 Tablespoon of Fresh Lemon Juice
4 - Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie
Fight diseases with this high fiber smoothie that becomes even more healthier when you use organic kiwis that contain higher levels of heart healthy polyphenols & Vitamin C.
1 1/4 Cup of Apple Juice
1 Ripe Banana Sliced
1 Kiwi Fruit Sliced
5 Frozen Strawberries
1 1/2 Teaspoon of Honey
5 - Berry Good Workout Smoothie
Get the energy you need to get through your workout in seconds with this easy & simple smoothie recipe. For a extra dose of Calcium try adding a teaspoon of organic Kale Powder.

1 Can (8 ounces) juice packed pineapple Chunks
1 Can Fat - Free Frozen Vanilla Yogurt
1 Large Ripe Mango, Peeled & Chopped
1 Ripe Banana Sliced
Crushed or Cracked Ice
7 - Rise & Shine Skinny Coffee Smoothie
Start your morning with a Dairy Free Coffee Smoothie. It will provide you the caffeine you so desperetly crave along with banana and coconut milk for natural sweetness.
2 Bananas
1/2 cup of coffee, cold or room temprature
1/4 cup of coconut milk
2-3 tablespoons of coconut flakes (optional if you like it sweeter)
Handful of ice
8 - Super Detox Green Cleansing Smoothie
You'll get a serving of veggies, loads of vitamins & antioxidant effects.
1 Cup of spinach or torn kale leaves
1 Cup of torn romaine leaves
1/2 cup of chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 small pear or 1/2 large cored and chopped
1 banana chopped
1 cup of water or coconut water
1 tablespoon of fresh mint
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
1/2 to 1 whole lemon juiced
1/2 tablespoon of chai seeds
1/4 inch slice ginger root peeled
pinch of cayenne (optional)

9 - Chocolet Banana Nut Smoothie
Smooth Creamy Texture & Healthy protein kick it will get you morning started right! Toss in some flax seeds to help fight cancer and lower cholesterol.
1 Cup Coconut Milk or Unsweetened Nut Milk
1/2 Cup of Sprouted Almond Butter
1 Banana Peeled
2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
Pinch of Salt
2 Cup of Ice Cubes
Stevia to Taste
10 - Healthy Chocolate Smoothie
Spinach charges up your health, Bananas potassium wakes you up, Avocado comes in swinging with potassium, magnesium & glutathione. Chia seeds will get your metabolism moving fast!
1 1/2 cup of baby spinach
1 banana
1 avocado
3 rounded tablespoons of organic cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of chai seeds
1/2 cup of frozen berries
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of cold filtered water
11 - Brain Boosting Smoothie
This delicious smoothie has a wide range of nutrients that help to improve concentration, memory & mood. The Avocado in this smoothie has plenty of filling essential fatty acids plus loads of other health benefits to like vitamin A, E, K, B & C plus plenty of fiber too.
1/2 avocado
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of blueberries
6 walnuts
1 scoop of vanilla Whey protein powder
1/2 cup of water
12 - Coconut Green Smoothie
Coconut is one food that you should definitely try eating everyday in one form or another. Coconut helps boost brain health, keep a healthy metabolism running strongly, balance cholesterol levels, boost hormonal health & more.
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt
1 cup spinach
1 large banana peeled
1 large green apple cored peeled and chopped
1 tablespoons of shave coconut
1 cup of ice
13 - Hangover Cure Smoothie
Do I even need to explain the benefit of this delicious drink? I mean come on, a Cure for a wicked hangover that’s not only healthy but delicious!
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil, to help brain function & balance glucose levels
1 Cup of Greek Yogurt, probiotics help to bring back digestive balance
1 Tablespoon of Chai Seeds, also excellent for digestive balance
1 Small Banana, for potassium & to help soothe your stomach
1/2 Cup of Frozen Spinach or Kale, to aid in detox and alkalinity
1/2 cup of Fresh or Frozen Blueberries, powerful antioxidants to help the system reverse yesterdays damage
1 Cup of Coconut Water, to hydrate and restore electrolytes
Honey & Cinnamon to Taste, excellent mood elevators

14 - Gingered Cantalope Smoothie
This smoothie does wonders for your skin! & it tastes great. Want great skin, a healthy delicious refreshment & a nice breakfast to keep you energized? Than this is the smoothie for you!
20 Ice Cubes
2 Cups of Cubed Cantalope (about 1/2 a melon)
6 ounces of Low Fat Plain Yogurt (Greek is the best)
3 Tablespoons of Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of Grated Fresh Ginger
15 – Lean & Green Smoothie
This smoothie is wonderful and delicious and perfect if you are diabetic.
2 1/2 Cups of stemmed Kale Leaves
1 Cup of Cubed Pineapple
3/4 Cup of Apple Juice, Chilled
1/2 Cup of Seedless Green Grapes, Frozen
1/2 Cup of Granny Smith Apple
